Pay Scale: Pay Band-2 of Rs.9,300-34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs.4,600/-
Educational Qualification:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent and experience in construction and maintenance of residential and non-residential building.
Desirable Qualification:
Experience of maintenance and upkeep of Air-conditioning system,lifts,interior decorations and electrical installation.
Age Limit: Shall not exceed 56 years of age
